A perfect example of customer service

I saw this screenshot from a post at 37signals weblog and I am very impressed how TypePad dealt with the problem in their blogging products. You may argue there is no need to give the customers some options and just instead give them the free days. The beauty in this approach is they will also have the chance to talk to their customers and get their pulse. Not everybody feels the same way and what better way to find out what those feelings are.
